Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping (Domestic): rates calculated by weight, 5–10 business days
Express Shipping (Optional): rates calculated by weight, 2–5 business days.
International Shipping: Available to most countries. Delivery times vary usually 10–20 business days. Rates calculated by weight.

Tracking Your Order

All shipped orders include a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update after shipping confirmation.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Lost or Delayed Packages

We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
While we are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed, we’ll do our best to help.

Incorrect Shipping Information
